  • Michigan Department of Education OSE/EIS Listservs
    • The Office of Special Education and Early Intervention Services has several listservs available to facilitate networking with others and to disseminate information. Below are the names of the lists open to the public followed by a brief description of the list.
      • SE-MITRANSRES - A list made up primarily of people interested in transition.
      • SEPARENT - A list made up primarily of parents and families of children with disabilities.
      • SETEACH - A list made up of teachers and other educators.
      • SEWHATSNEW - Used primarily to disseminate news and information from the Office of Special Education and Early Intervention Services to interested stakeholders.
    • To join one of the above lists, send an email message to listserv@listserv.michigan.gov. In the body of the message, type Subscribe "NAME OF LIST" (minus the quote marks). Leave the subject line of your email blank.
  • Michigan-PAC: The Michigan-PAC listserv is a professional network for PAC representatives, parents, and professionals interested in educational issues in Michigan. This listserv is a means to provide timely notification of activities and events impacting special education Michigan.
  • SpecialEdLawMichigan: This list is for Special Education Parents, Caregivers, Advocates, and Attorneys who reside in Michigan. All topics related to special education are open for discussion.
