You may receive a survey from Wayne
State University about your child's and your experiences with special
education at your local school. Families receive a survey on a rotating
basis once every three years.

Workshops presented in collaboration with CAUSE will be cancelled if the Intermediate School District (ISD) or Educational Service Agency (ESA) is closed. Please contact the ISD or ESA to verify if the agency is closed, or call CAUSE at (800) 221-9105 or the Regional Parent Mentor at (800) 552-4821 for this information.
